Q. What if I don’t know the name and email address of my upline Ruby and/or Blue Diamond?

A. It is your responsibility to find out who they are. If you sponsor does not know, call 1-800‐487‐1000 and ask Distributor Support.

Q. What if I don’t have an upline Ruby Executive?

A. Select the closest Executive that is at least Ruby above you and the closest Blue Diamond.

Q. What if I only have an upline Blue Diamond?

A. Then put that person’s name and email in both the Ruby and Blue Diamond section.

Q. What if my upline is not participating in this program and is not currently conducting Ruby Calls?

A. Encourage them to start participating and offer to help get it going.

Q. Is there a cost to registering for the 120 Day Ruby Plan?

A. No

Q. What if I don’t make my goals during the program?

A. The purpose of this program is to help you change your life. This won’t be easy. The most important thing is to NEVER QUIT. No matter what -­you must keep going. Do not Give Up!! If you stick with it, you will learn new habits that will lead you to success.
