Overview of the 120 Day Ruby Plan

By registering for the 120 Day Ruby Plan you will be notifying your team that you intend to become a Ruby within 120 Days. If you are already a Ruby or above, you are notifying your team that you intend to add 1 new Executive each month for the next 4 months.

When you register for the 120 Day Ruby Plan you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the following:

1)    Your Goals

2)    Your Definite Main Purpose Statement

3)    Your Core Call

4)    Your Ruby or Blue Diamond Call

 In order to become CORE you are committing to do the following:

1)    Conduct at least 15 presentations per month. A presentation may be a personal presentation, 1 on 1 meeting with a new prospect, bringing a prospect to a larger meeting, putting someone on www.nsoverview.com or putting someone on the 480-289-7000 project overview call. Your presentation tally may also include formal introduction presentations for your new people or your distributor’s people that you are responsible for.

2)    Become a 100% product user. This means you are committed to using as many Nu Skin products as possible, replacing non-Nu Skin products currently in use in your home. By purchasing products that Nu Skin sells instead of products made by other manufacturers, you become a 100% product user. You should be using 25+ Nu Skin products in your home.

3)    Have a personal ADR of at least $200 and set the ship date to the 5th of the month or earlier. In addition you are committed to having at least 10 circle group ADRs at all times.

4)    Read one of the suggested books for 20 minutes per day. You will be given a reading list once you register.

5)    Listen to 1 hour of personal development or training material per day. There will be System 7 CD’s available. The morning training calls (General’s Calls) and other similar calls count for this time. There are also recommended personal development CDs available for purchase, and suggested list will be provided.

6)    Attend all meetings recommended by your upline leader. Based on your circumstances and goals, you will be coached to attend meetings in your area as well as regional and national meetings. You must attend at least 1 TEU within the next 120 days.

7)    You are agreeing to be a Team Player. This means you are willing to put aside your personal agenda for the good of the entire team. We will all see more success if we work together.

When you register, your upline Ruby Executive and upline Blue Diamond Executive will be automatically notified via email.

Participants will be eligible for resources and training that is not available to non--‐participants.

You will take complete responsibility for yourself and your success. You are accepting the responsibility of putting together your CORE team. This CORE team is your friend in the business. This CORE team can be 1 or more people who you will talk to everyday.

You will also be responsible for joining a team Ruby Call. If your upline Ruby is not currently conducting a Ruby Call, you are accepting responsibility to either help that Ruby Executive start one or start one yourself.

Examples of these calls will be given after you register. A 120Day Ruby Plan journal has been prepared for you to organize and simplify your business. This can be purchased on www.oneteamglobal.com for $25. Complete instructions on how to use this journal will be available after you register.

As you follow the 120 Day Ruby Plan and complete your goals, you will be recognized at Team Elite University, as well as at the monthly Fast Start Training meetings.
